Removed spitroast and double penetration as this is pretty easily neither. Both tags were added randomly by separate users, and nothing implicates either tag, they can only be added manually. I'm also fairly certain you can't implicate two separate tags to one tag such that the third tag would be added automatically if and only if both other tags were present, and situations like this are why you wouldn't want to do that anyway.
