There is actually something like this called Freedom Flask. People use it to bootleg alcohol into events where you either can't drink or have to pay for it. Sneak into the bathroom with any fountain drink and do a swap for beer/soda or top it off with whiskey.

Women habe a version called Wine Rack, which is a bra with rubber flasks for pads.
