She has what's called symmastia, also known as "uniboob". Her boobs are the teardrop shape, so this happens in lots of women. She has a mix between the "round" and "hourglass" body types. She also has grade 2 inverted nipples.

An unidentified cosplay should still have the cosplay tag, making the total tags saved from the search 3 instead of 4, and the other pool you linked is for a specific kind of cosplay, so I'm not sure you even really looked at that, either.
