It feels like, by and large, the 4koma turned less into a Kancolle work than a "Mangaka sharing deadline troubles" bit that happened to use Kancolle characters. Unless I've missed something, cast has been basically become Circle Au Clou + Ryuujou's Manzai Duo, featuring occasional cameos from other ships in their segments and brief Hiei interludes.

He may have "expressed" willingness to consummate the marriage but that doesn't mean he's ever gonna get intimate with the girls he's married to.
