To be fair, a lot of artists don't seem to be aware of this either. If I learned everything I know about female anatomy from browsing large_breasts perky_breasts, I'd think this was unrealistic too.

The uploader (a member-level user) don't have a good track record on sourcing and tagging the artists on all their posts. They're either unsourced or from third-party_source (vkontakte or now known as VK), and almost all have no artist tag.
