Is admiral Toto man enough to take on twice the Plasma? I wouldn't mind trying my luck seeing them wearing those angel mort uniforms.

As it happens I have three raw Higurashi scans that are in need of cleaning up a little so they may be Danbooru worthy.

I have never used photoshop or any other image editing software. I know there are some free programs I could look into but I'd rather see about asking someone who knows what they're doing.

Is there anyone here I may be good for hitting up with such a request?
