One issue is that over the years we have been desensitized by other vastly more adorable images and have thus grown tolerant to most of the images in the early part of this pool.

Actually, the tag four_of_a_kind_(touhou) refers to Flandre Scarlet's spell card. The tag is mostly used when there are four Flandres, implying the use of said spell card, or when the picture provides a reference to it. An example where the tag is used is post #1583336.

Still, I might be wrong. Kogasa might be using that spell card.
