I....don't understand the reasoning of this pairing, if any exists at all. It's likely just based on the fact that Shoukotan has a huge crush on Sephiroth and the artist is playing with that idea, hence why this was created. This is probably one of the most strangest, obscure pairings out there because it hasn't really caught on with the FF7 communities. Plus, I couldn't find much info about Shouko outside of the fact that she's involved in anime stuff and that she's an otaku herself.

Wasn't sure where to post, nor I managed to find a picture good enough for him to upload but sadly, Tatsuya Nomi who portrayed as Daigo of the Heavenly Phantom Star/ShishiRanger has passed away...

Apparently, one of his brother's tweet tend to say that it was suicide... (maybe we should wait for an official annoucement first before all).

Pokemon are in fact biologically fascinating. The gestation, biological fertilization, and metamorphosis phase of such a species would be an endless bounty of scientific and medical knowledge. It would be truly incredible what the scientists, zoologists of the pokemon world could achieve if they focused on zoological research into the fascinating pokemon species instead of wasting their time confirming the sex of 10 year old children.

It has one fatal flaw:

It's screen.

The screen has several issues that'll render it unplayable if it's exposed to too much sunlight over it's life. Just saw that video then checked my old gameboy to see it does have some fading around the edges.

The video does note however that some places sell replacement screens, although the only ones I can find on google are for other systems.
