With an eyepatch it shouldn't be possible for her to see double. Seeing double happens when your two eyes can't both aim at the same target for whatever reason.

I'll allow "seeing double even with an eyepatch" as being a joke that she's so drunk she's having drunkenness symptoms that aren't even physically possible.

@shcfyd My interpretation is that M16 was going to blow past Judge at a checkpoint to avoid being caught for drunk driving, but she is so drunk she didn't realize she is about to run over her "wife" (whoever that is).
