Ark Royal is a borderline pedophile. Probably the only thing stopping her from being a full-on kiddy diddler is the fact that she specifically says "destroyers", not "little girls". Some of those Azur Lane DD's look at least teenaged.

Also the fact that she never actually does anything. The ONE time she's caught in a compromising situation, it was when Cygnet, Crescent, Comet and Foxhound went hunting for Cygnet's missing clothes. They'd suspected her right from the start and when they went to her room, there they were scattered all over the floor, with Ark going to pick them up.

They come to the reasonable conclusion but she tries to deny it, saying she only just got back from some delegation and that she had no idea how they got there. Sounds like bullshit, right? No, Vampire sticks her head in the door and says the wind blew them from the destroyers' dorm rooms (Cygnet had hung them out on her balcony to dry) all the way to the carriers', where they'd just so happened to fly into the open window of Arklolicon's dorm room. The one time something actually creepy happens and she's genuinely innocent.

"Sea Star on Shore" the event is called, if you're wondering.

As of the "Mirage of Steel Blue" WSG spin-off, Atlanta now shares the same VA as San Diego. Doubly funny because of the WSG Atlanta-class' cat motifs, because one of Asuka Itou's previous roles prior to Sandy and Atlanta was IDW DA NYAA!!

I'd Googled it and it seeems you're right. The only sources I could get were a Chiebukuro answer and a Nicopedia article though. The Chiebukuro answer also mentioned a "Baby Complex".

According to those, the age ranges seem like this:

Lolita Complex - Lolicon
12~15 Years old.

Alice Complex - Alicon
7~12 Years old.

Heidi Complex - Heicon
7 years old and younger.

Baby Complex - Babycon
Babies to early age children. (Guess it would be the same thing as "Toddlercon"?)

It seems these terms all originated around the same time but only Lolicon caught on.
