It's 100 years before an abandoned objects becomes a menreiki.

So assuming Kokoro's masks were abandoned shortly after Miko's "death," (since she was the one who comissioned them,) Kokoro would be around 1,300 years old, I think.

However, we don't really know when her masks were abandoned.

If we apply traditional 100 years, then yes, 100 beans, if we apply her 'birth' to Miko's making of her, then she would be a little younger than Miko. But it's not entirely clear when she started gaining a physical form.
