This reminds me of something that happened to Dolly Parton where she entered a Dolly Parton lookalike contest and lost because the judges thought she was trying too hard to look like the real Dolly Parton.

Actually IIRC, Cleveland, Columbia, Denver, and Montpelier were constructed by the same shipbuilding company while Birmingham and Biloxi weren't.

So in a sense, yes this could be called one complete set.
