"Ground cherries" aren't cherries, though. They're physalis, which grow in lanternlike husks, which is what Rumia is sitting on.

and I dont really remember which posts they were, they were from a while ago, I only remember that one was a large group project from pixiv where every artist drew a different touhou, and the others i remember were a few pokemon 4komas that had two artists listed on each post (I think it was a sort of "you do coloring and ill do the line art" situation)

I think we should stick to existing fact. If by collaborations agreed by the artist, then it's fine (so long that another contributing artist have their name tagged into the picture).

The thing is, it is more to a fanart from an artist's work. A fanart is not the art of that artist. By combining them, there's a chance of confusion going on. Some might ask why the said art are not existing in the artist's page. Or if the fanart improve/worsen the original art, then the artist's reputation might be affected.

Imo, your art is good and should be left alone and just remove the artist's tag.

Speaking of those several pictures, mind if you pinpoint to them? Might have to address them as well.

Well he drew part of it and there have been several posts where one artist only drew a part of the image and still got credit, though this is mostly with collaborations and the parent/child feature keeps this connected to the rest of his/her art so hmm

anyone else have thoughts on whether it should be left alone or removed?

You should remove rimu (rim573) tags, for the original artist only draw Marisa and not the background.

I expect this to get unapproved but here's hoping you guys like it

If you do like it enough to keep it but don't like the resolution I can reupload a different version with proper resolution (I still have the repeating BG so any size is possible) right now it's kind of meant to be set as "Centered"

Also since the background comes from brawl what if any tags should be added? It's not very significant so maybe it should just be left alone?

Here are a few notes just in case any tags seem out of place

cherry- Those damn fruit Rumia is sitting on gave me a lot of confusion while tagging, but according to the artist's comments ("Red as a Ground Cherry Cake" - Unreliable Translation) they are apparently Cherries

When_you_see_it- Probably not alarming, it is surprising when you notice whats coming from the bottom of the cake

blood- Very unsure of this, with the rolling down the sides of the bones I'm not sure if it's supposed to just look like blood or actually be blood

another thing, the "Can I eat you?" reminds me of another Rumia based work, post #626140 went to a song with similar lyrics at some point in the tune, I'm not sure if it might be a direct reference or is this something Rumia says a lot?

Wasn't quite able to get many tags onto this one, a few things bug me about that...

I can't tell if the Empty_Eyes tag should stay or not, her eyes look quite souless, but they are colored quite shiny which is something Empty_Eyes are not supposed to be.
There has to be some way to tag the green powermist stuff that im missing.
It bugs me that I can't get a specific name for her shoes.
For some odd reason Im hesitant to tag it with skirt.
