The one on the left, dubious indeed, kinda makes me wonder if it's a suttle transexual(beard) design. I have heard that Shirow can sometimes be into wierd(hentai) things, but not that, hopefully just a bad design.

Have Ghost in the Shell's creator come up with the concepts for a story and then hand that over to the creator of Excel Saga and tell him to make that into a serialized manga.

I think the artist for this and the other bubblegum_crisis_2040 character_sheets is aramaki_shinji, the series' mecha designer, but I'm not 100% certain.
