Touhou notwithstanding, I'm not aware of any connection between the Fujiwara clan and Kaguya-Hime. It's likely that the choice of name is as intentional as Chika's resemblance to KC Yuudachi.

Mexican here... naaaaaaaaaaaaah. Curandera implies that she's a healer. She's more of a "lesser priestess" than a healer. Sacerdotisa is more fitting and in fact that's how most of the Hispanic fandom calls her.
