It's a pretty ridiculous sentence (on purpose I think) but 上腕二頭筋 = biceps and 腱炎 = tendonitis
上腕二頭筋長頭 I had to look up, it's the long head of the biceps (as opposed to the short head)

Fubuki suggested Kanata to make an imitation of Flare voice, which will try with Noel. Obviously, she got found out.

Then with Luna, I personnally think she knew but she played the game as if she didn't notice a thing and got pranked.
Kanata kinda doubt that too so she take it as a semi-success.

When it was Marine's turn, she did her voice imitation. Of course it's not a prank anymore if she did that to the real deal lol.

Then it is as you said when it was Aqua's turn. Fubuki and Matsuri wanted to be part of that prank too.

Marine shared her avatar with the other and they changed their pseudo name, though one of them made a mistake by writing Mariso (Marine/マリン, Mariso/マリソ. The katakana "ン/N" and "ソ/So" looks almost similar).
Marine would tweak her voice a lil' bit so it won't be that obvious.

Marine N°1 was Kanata, N°2 was the real Marine, N°3 was Fubuki and N°4 was Matsuri.

Aqua says N°1 and N°4 was definitively not the real one, then choose N°3. Marine was disappointed in Aqua.

Then Kanata did her Coco imitation voice asking Aqua to introduce herself with a sexy voice, which she said "No way" and quit the Discord conversation.

It's often quite challenging, to be sure. Consulting a thesaurus helps, but sometimes you have to approach it from a different angle.
