It was totally lost in the admittedly idiomatic "stay focused" translation that she literally says "tighten up your body", where the word she used for "tighten" can also be used to mean closing up orifices by tightening.

It's pretty funny how this Tawawa nurse herself doesn't look concerned at all, as if she had done nothing wrong at all.

I once had a young nurse in training fumble with an IV needle for some time, producing failed attempts, and she was very stressed about it. The head nurse asked me if she should take over, but I told the novice can continue. Alas, she was quite flat, offering little to look at as a distraction.
