Can someone explain the gag to me?

I'm assuming the artist commentary is lines from one of the two seeing the other one naked and telling them to put on some clothes (pot calling the kettle black situation). Personal interpretation would be the one walking just finished drying herself off, saw the other one loafing around naked and thus telling her to put on some clothes.

I think it was on the BBC News site they had an article on how people in the US were spending their stimulus checks. At least one person cited used the money to buy a bidet, having the forethought that it would reduce their need for TP.

Is the m200 an anti-materiel rifle? I thought it was from the ground up meant to be the most accurate sniper rifle ever made, complete with integrated calculator for ballistic calculations.

Not an expert on this, but quick check on wikipedia lists it as a sniper rifle though also said it could be classified as an anti-material rifle (though not sourced on that). A quick look at the stats suggest the ammunition used by the rifle is the likely reason and that it appears to be somewhere between the ammunition common in anti-material rifles and the common ammunition used in sniper rifles.

It'd stick with the classification of sniper rifle though, as that appears to clearly be its purpose, and that ammunition is described as for use in long-range sniper rifles.

Just a correction, Hibiki 21 is apparently still in production (and still continues to win awards as of just last year), but Suntory did discontinue some of their other aged whiskies like Hibki 17 and Hakushu 12. Other major brand Nikka though discontinued their 17-, 21-, and 25- year-old whiskies. Their industry has been struggling to keep up with demand for their product, especially after they gained international attention. Well more than struggling, they simply can't produce product they don't have without a time machine and so have turned to sort of rationing the stock they have while working to increase their capacity for the future.

Side note on Hibiki 21 (multiple winner of the World’s Best Blended Whisky title), it alongside several other aged Hikibi whiskys were discontinued due to the rising demand for the brand and Japanese whisky. This stemmed from the fact that demand for whisky dropped off in the 80's in Japan and so production became very limited. As demand greatly increased, they simply didn't have the stock to keep selling and it will take a long time before they could create more due to the aging time (21 years in the case of Hibiki 21).

Wikipedia: South Korea's foreign policy advisor Moon Chung-in issued a statement on 26 April that "Kim Jong Un is alive and well. He has been staying in the Wonsan area since April 13. No suspicious movements have so far been detected."
When even South Korea says, he's alive, he most possibly is!

Reuters reported Saturday that China sent a medical team to North Korea to advise on Kim's health. The Washington Post suggested that such a move would be highly unlikely to have been accepted by North Korea if Kim was near death and there was a potential issue of succession. Though the Washington Post also acknowledge that the health of North Korea's Supreme Leader is always held at like the highest secrecy, and that the previous Supreme Leader had a stroke in 2008 and that officials in North Korea's Foreign Ministry had no knowledge of this for an entire week despite having paper work that needed his approval piling up the whole time. US officials though also stated that he's most likely alive.

The Tokyo Shimbun newspaper reported that a high-ranking Japanese official with knowledge on the matter told them that Kim is in Wonsan (where his family compound is located) in "voluntary isolation" as a response to one of his bodyguards having come down with COVID-19. Officially North Korea is sticking with that there are 0 cases of COVID-19 in their country. Kim's private train is also in the station on Wonsan, though that may somewhat play in that he's not in good health given that the train is rarely used when Kim visit's his compound due to him preferring to fly his private plane to it and would suggest that he's not in a condition to fly. But alternatively it could also prove he's in good health, because they wouldn't expect a person to travel 150 miles by train if they were in serious condition.

Hibiki’s gonna be in trouble...!

I think they'll be fine. No one said they couldn't have whisky.

It's kind of expected she'd be next-in-line. Notably though it's understood that there isn't an official successor so it can't be said for sure, as unlike when the previous Supreme Leader died when they knew it was coming and so had prepared the next-in-line.

Though of course we don't know the real situation on the matter, but something big will likely happen as they said satellite imagery has confirmed that the Supreme leader's Train is currently at his villa compound, and it's typically only used for rather formal events (such as his visit to China), but was also used to transport the previous Supreme Leader's body when he died (though he also had died on the train). It was noted though as standing out, because he typically prefers using his private plane going to and from the compound.

edit: clarified and added some things in the second paragraph.

Context would be nice with what you mean by that.

Otherwise we will have to remove it from the pool.

Trump on the 4/23/2020 COVID-19 Press Conference brought up the subject matter in a question to his health officials. It was widely taken by health experts, the media, and even the manufacturers of disinfectants that he was suggesting that disinfectants could potentially be used to remove the coronavirus from the body. The general response was the media and health experts going after Trump for even hinting of the possibility, while manufacturers and health experts had to explicitly state (through social media and in the news) that disinfectants should not be ingested, injected, or otherwise put into the body as such chemicals are typically toxic within the body. The minimum would be to make people sick, and the worst case it could result in death.

Should also be noted that since it was brought up in the Press Conference, there has apparently been an increase in calls to various State poison control offices from people using disinfectants in dangerous ways. The Illinois Department of Public Health Director noted that since Thursday there have been many people who tried using things like bleach solutions as nasal rinses or gargling solutions. Beyond this spike though, there has been a large increase overall in poison control calls ever since the pandemic hit the states involving disinfectants.

Although that was more in the public, there was also the incident on 4/16/2020 where the US Government sued the so-called "Genesis II Church of Health and Healing" (aka the "Church of Bleach") to stop them from selling their "Miracle Mineral Solution" or "Master Mineral Solution" cure-all that contains bleach, they have been claiming it can cure COVID-19 as well as various other ailments.

The attack of the clones?

Pretty much, they’re identical quintuplets.

The simple fact still stands, if he was doing his damn job and attending the regular COVID-19 task force meetings he’d have been aware of this stuff in advance instead of literally learning this stuff in the same damn press conference where the experts are supposed to be informing the American people. He wouldn’t have asked a question that gives the impression that he is even hinting that these things could cure COVID-19 in the human body.

kibehisa said:

That's because he didn't. The transcripts are clear that PotUS Trump never suggested actually injecting/ingesting disinfectant.

No, he just suggested that they test what happens by putting into the human body bleach and isopropyl alcohol. Things that are known not to do good things inside the body. He's literally asking them if they're going to test that, things that utterly don't even need to be tested and that we already teach children to stay away from and not to put into their body.

The scary part is now there’s going to be a large, large number of people who will take it to heart and a even larger amount going around spreading it as fact to other people who won’t know, while not accepting any other truth because they either take his word as gospel, or call anything else that contradict it a lie.

People are going to get seriously injured or die, not just now but in the futures to come.

Just horribly depressing that we have to have doctors and the companies that make these cleaners have to reiterate what any 5 year old will know, that you shouldn’t try and ingest or inject these chemicals into our bodies.

I still can't believe he said that. Had missed the press conference and was watching the commentary on what was said immediately afterwards, and I had to seriously go to a recording of the press conference cause I just couldn't believe that had been said that... and yet there it was.

It really does seem to reinforce what I had heard that he usually skips out on task force meetings and only is actually aware of what is going to be in a press conference just before they hold it, where he has the chance to mark up with a sharpie his lines.

People just need to calm down and follow a few rather simple procedures.

Sadly people following a few rather simple procedures isn't a simple procedure, especially when there are people who make their money misinforming people. Not to forget the people who spread misinformation to sow chaos in places they obtain some gain from by weakening or they just don't like the people who live there, and the people who spread misinformation just simply because they want to watch the world burn.

Edit: Case in point some medical personnel in Mexico are now making sure they wear plain clothes in public because there have been a string of assaults on them, so far things like bleach thrown on them or in at least one case being punched in the face, cause conspiracy theories that the coronavirus is being deliberately spread by the medical personnel.

So, the new Dorm Manager is Atlanta?

Not surprising. She was the last straw who broke Bismarck, so makes sense they'd make her responsible (and so far seems one of those least to cause trouble). Its kind of like that situation where you have roommates who don't want to be the one to take out the garbage, so they just keep stacking the garbage until the last person to come by and unable to keep the stack stable is stuck with the responsibility to take out the trash.
