It appears Kurogoma is the artist's name. Before today, I didn't know who draws for Cinderella Girls. I'm pretty sure no card has been tagged... should we add his name now? I'm not sure if he's the only artist, though.
To clarify: while being official is by no means a reason to warrant instant (re-)approval, I believe that people should be more lenient when reviewing such images. Official art is not immune from anatomy errors, so we risk losing a sizable portion of the gallery by trying to play connoisseurs.
