I am leaning more towards that she has been down there since forever, and that she's been weeping ever since she was blasted to hell by the enemy. I also think that Musashi is unaware of the deep sea probe.

Maybe it's just me, but I find it uncommon for people to interpret Myoukou in this kind of light.
As of late (or maybe since the beginning of her inception), she's being treated as one of the many buttjokes in Kancolle, all because of her moderate damage CG.
It's hard to find her looking cute, sexy or seductive like in this picture. She looks pretty okay to me - I just wish there was more fanart of her. :(
