I'm certain that Reimu has died in this. Why else would Marisa be crying in front of the Hakurei shrine; Also, Yuuka could be supplying the flowers for the funeral.
I just thought of something better. In Prototype 2, you can unlock or download skins for Heller, and the game is also on PC; My idea is that someone either mods a pre existing skin or make up a brand new one based off a touhou character, or just mod the civilians and consume them.

I want to say that Flan is cosplaying as Suigintou, but I'm not entirely sure.
This series is really good. The plot twists were pretty suspenseful and the whole storyline, especially at this point, is very entertaining. While I can't wait for the rest of the series to be released, I do wonder why Mystia's hair is purple in this comic strip.
