This image is depicting how paintbrushes are able to completely change the form of a Neopet. In this case, the Faerie Paint Brush is transforming a Darigan Xweetok (as seen from the waist down) into a Faerie Xweetok.

This comic was published years before the movie Detective Pikachu. At the end of the movie, a "human" character is revealed to be a transformed Ditto.

Explanation about the "Harsher in Hindsight" pool:

This image was published in 2018, prior to the release of the Detective Pikachu movie.

Porygon does not appear in this movie, contrary to the artist's wishes.
