... I don't get the third panel.

A card where children do errands for their parents and if the card is full they get a reward.

I assume it's a popular child raising method in Japan.

There are a few things to consider, along with the check translation entry, which insist that a translator should be confident in the language they're translating in; so what you're saying might not the most advised thing to do.

But I personally would agree with you. As long as the translation is right, original meaning-wise; small grammar mistakes in the English translated text could be solved by other users.

I'm willing to fix any mistake which I can get right, on spelling or grammar, if I happen to see them, though.

Yeah, I agree with your stance. The insistence that someone should be confident in the language they're translating into ( english, generally ) is pretty restrictive but I can see them wanting to prevent translations with grammar that makes it completely incomprehensible even for english speakers.

I try to translate it ~ this is my first time TL-ing something like this , so maybe there's a lot of mistake ~

I'd say (Small) Grammatical mistakes can be solved by english speakers, don't worry.
But generally I'm not aware of a ''official consensus'' in that part as the official stance on translating is quite harsh...

I think it's more important to know the full meaning of the japanese than the perfect grammatically correct english translation a lot of the time? I guess?

In fact, the "relegation" that took place was taking them off training, and into active duty as submarine squadron command ships or hunting submarines.

Sorry, I shouldn't have cut corners, You're right. Relegated was certainly ostensibly wrong.

no Akashi? :(

She isn't a cruiser. Katori-class were cruisers relegated to training purposes while Akashi is a purpose built repair ship.

I think he meant that Aya and Hatate are crows, whereas Utsuho is a raven.

All crows are ravens but not all ravens are crows. :P

They are all corvus and raven's is a name for multiple species of corvus, bla bla bla wikipedia.

Sorry, I was distracted in grinding for a certain heavy cruiser in a certain game about a world of ships that are at war...

I can't say it's my finest translation, but it's all there.

I just got Mogamin myself in that game about ships on a world of war myself but I suppose you're talking about Yamato.
Of course you could be talking about Fubuki or Shimakaze, totally...

Half done, will get the last three done later.

Paracite, you're so wonderful ;_;

ps: This is both true and a mild nudge since I don't think you intended to leave the last three alone for 5 days. :P

Sorry, I derped :P Too much world of warships, obviously.

Obviously the point was that she was supposed to be a battleship succeeding the Nagato-class. :P
