@ampzz You should be creating artist tags when one is not available. You are given the tools as a builder partly in order to easily create and manage artist entries, you need to be using them.
Please read howto:artist and howto:pixiv before uploading an image that has no artist entry. You need to create the entry rather than let it not get done.
@yoyoboy Please do not use the artist request tag where it does not belong.
