Not really the same design; although the Kikka was inspired by the Me 262, it was a very different plane, more noticeably it was smaller.

Some classes of cruisers, like Tenryuu and Atlanta, were designed as destroyer leaders, and it sometimes shows in fanart. There were also destroyer tenders , but I don't think there's any in the game
