The song she's performing is called Märchen Debut!, and was made for abe_nana. The song is dorky and cute and sweet and highly embarrassing to watch, let alone perform. Making a sadist like Tokiko perform something like that...
It feels like there should be some music to go with this, or perhaps some context about the dance. Artist's commentary doesn't imply that anything relates to it, just that he had fun making it.
