Is that a Winter Lantern?

I don't see it said explicitly on twitter, but I can't imagine it being anything else, even-though it's flowers instead of flesh and eyes. Tagging it for now.

Thank you very much for the correction. My fault for never having read Biomega. Just saw that Toha Heavy Industries label and figured, "It isn't one of the mass drivers from Sidonia, so it must be from Blame!"

Of course, and imo you didn't miss too much w/ Biomega as it lost the plot around half way through... But, as mentioned, Toha does span almost all his stories so it's tough to use as a guide. Apologies if my explaining the change came off as condescending or insulting.

Can someone help me identifying this characters?

The child image has the copyrights and characters, if it is approved. Most of them don't have much/any other images (Digimortal and NOiSE have ~12-15 on pixiv that I can see). I can't honestly say I've ever seen Net Sphere Engineer, Blame!^2, Suzumega, or Dead Heads fan art.

Added Lady Maria character as well.. It's either Maria in Doll clothing or Doll with Maria head. Can't read the twitter in the source so not sure if it confirms anything in there.

Says it's maria dressed as the doll.

That's the linear accelerator rifle or coil rifle, or whatever it's called, that Zouichi uses in Biomega. Changing tag from Blame! to Biomega.

As far as I know the synthetic human in the back left, behind Nishu and Kozlov, wasn't ever named; he was only referred to as Loew's Agent.

Also, Yah is Funipero's mother basically - it gets weird.

Artist writes character talking about her "childlike body", after drawing said character with D cups... *smh*

This isn't only a Danbooru thing, but man breast size is pretty wonky around here a lot of the time. The "most common superpower" is in full effect, with its inevitable consequence of less interesting imagery. :/

I'm not seeing the Eva reference, it looks like there's a generic doll in red in an apron, not Asuka.

Maybe, but I don't remember anything concrete about her. I would be glad if she comes back but I'm not going to hold my breath.

They better get together in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided.

I think the devs said in an interview that they weren't going to go with any particular route from HR, so she probably won't be in the game at all unfortunately. :(

so they don't have to say if she's alive or not

I started playing a couple days ago and I didn't expect such copious amount of text. It's absolutely crazy.

I am surprised that the game has been around since 2013 and not a single English wikia or anything like that with translations (at least that I know of) hasn't been created. I found this site though and so far I found out if you search a character it has her/his dialogue and stuff if any kind soul out there ever wants to go through the labor of translating it.

I haven't given it a try yet but there seems to be a good forum @ http://gbf-english.proboards.com/ though I haven't looked too deeply...

Is the artist Hideo Minaba? He is the main character design behind Granblue, and this looks like a very similar illustration style, though a little more complete than what I see are his typical character mockups.

This is the cover for an official book, but I don't see a credit for this illus; ref. isbn: 404730509X.

名前は呼んでくれたけど、あんまり良くは思われてないみたいね - the passive here is messing with me a bit

Yeah, I had to go back and look at the manga. Luckily there aren't too many characters, and the other AI companion had short hair so I can't see who else it could be.

I'm pretty sure the pink-haired girl is Kanoe Fuyu from Biomega, due to the (relatively) distinctive hair parting over her left eye; tagging as such for now.

I think this might be Clare, but am not sure. *edit: I'm dumb, that's her symbol at the top...*
