Note: Big Mamie, aka USS Massachusetts (BB-59), took part in operations off of Vichy controlled North Africa. At one point this involved shelling the almost complete Jean Bart.

I'm pretty sure that's her anchor hair ornament, not the turrets but the last page shows that she brought her riggings with her on her legs (how can she drive with those in the way?)
