I barely noticed that the character tags have been changed since the original was posted (likely adding further to confusion). According to the artist, it's supposed to be their interpretation of what an MHXX Alter servant would look like; seems they just pulled the glasses, jacket, and bodysuit off of both girls and threw them on MHXX.

It has a greenish hue, but I'm pretty sure that's meant to be blonde since he's the clone of Helel ben Shalem who does have blonde hair.
