I don't think, that the Reichskriegsfagge would have flown, when Prinz Eugen reached Boston in January 1946!

This is a fictional world so perhaps WW2 hasn't started yet.

There are certainly no swastikas in evidence that I can see where they should be, so maybe there's no Third Reich at all.

That said, that particular Reichskriegsflagge was designed by Hitler himself, so there's no reason to have any variations on it without one. And the fact that she's still named "Prinz Eugen" suggests that Anschluss happened regardless.

Dear god, what if her name is " Lil'Lusty" That will be all sorts of trouble.

Thankfully, her name is unchanged from the Japanese version.

So, no one's gonna make a comment about Ark royal ?

If anyone did, they would be wrong to do so, Little Illustrious isn't a Destroyer.

I'm impressed.
Little Illustrious still has not been lewded.

The internet is becoming safer for lolis?

The very first picture of her on Pixiv is lewd. It's just a COM3D2 render, but still.

I mean... there's Pearl Harbor, ships sunk or critically damaged, that started the whole thing and then Hornet dyin' alone durin' the Santa Cruz Islands battle... Enty didn't even see her sink.

I don't much like Akagi's attitude here. She didn't just refuse to train Akagi-chan, she also treated her entire existence like a bother, her first line in the comic is "Go play in traffic." And now she's playing the "If you wanna teach a little girl how to watch her friends die, then be my guest" guilt card, like somehow she's the bastion of morality here when her callous treatment of the younger version of herself is what started all this in the first place.

Perhaps. I see it more as a reluctant confession of sorts. She's admitting that, deep down, she's still bitter about the outcome of the old war, and she can't bring herself to take the newcomer seriously as a result.

I think she could've done that without guilt tripping Enterprise with the old war in the process, as if she's the only one that lost someone during it. The last panel looks like Enterprise did something wrong here. It just feels gross.

Yeah, this definitely comes off as being disingenuous than anything.
Like I could take her seriously, if it weren't for the fact that she sent Akagi-chan on a Grim hunt, openly expecting her to fail and get attacked by the eagle, practically gloating about it to Kaga, then getting mad like a sore loser when it backfired on her.
There is a limit to doing that, and Akagi has long since passed it.

Ooh, we're back to Wonderland! Wonder if we'll get the army of playing cards this round.

We have the playing cards already though.

Ah, so we did, I missed it the first time. Guess I've probably missed quite a few volumes of this bestiary, really.
