Whoever flagged this apparently isn't aware that breasts aren't just balloons that sit perfectly on the front of the chest, especially when someone is grabbing and pulling them.

To be fair, a lot of artists don't seem to be aware of this either. If I learned everything I know about female anatomy from browsing large_breasts perky_breasts, I'd think this was unrealistic too.
