It's definitely a variant of the M4 Sherman that's share's with Her name.

The problem with US nomenclature: M4 can be
1. a medium tank https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M4_Sherman
2. a rocket launcher https://www.army-technology.com/projects/carl-gustaf-m4-multi-role-weapon-system/
3. a rifle
4. a fighting knife https://mantheline.com/product/m4-fighting-knife-m8-scabbard/
5. a artillery tractor https://www.wikiwand.com/de/M4_High-Speed_Tractor
...

Not as bad as the Japanese for example: ''Type 97 ":[https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Type_97]

Highlight includes: a torpedo, three tanks, an Army Fighter, a Navy Flying boat and various type of small arms.

Updated

Technically the M4 in NATO can refer to

An Italian Shotgun

An American Assault Rifle

An American Land Mine

A French Ballistic Missile

A American .22 Rifle

An Italian Submachine Gun

the M4 Sherman (which itself is a bunch of tanks variants)

An Artillery tractor from WW2

A Soviet Bomber with enough range to bomb the USA from the USSR

It's also funny how in WW2 the M4 was the main battle tank used and the m1 the main carbine, and now it's switched around
