Maribel would definitely be Psychic, if I have to pick. Munna and Espurr would be a good start. Other suggestion could be Ghost, Fairy or Water. She is also compared with a cat once so a Purrloin can work.

Renko is either going to be the same as Merry with a Psychic type or have a Normal type because she's kinda basic in that regard. She was also compared to as a bird once so Flying can work as well. To play with her special eyes abilities, any pokemon with the Keen Eye ability would be a good match. My suggestion would be a Hoothoot. (except the pokemon is perfect for her since it can tell time like she can unless you want to go for a pokemon that compliments her abilities rather than similarities.)
