They were contemporary court writers from Japan's Heian period. In-game, Murasaki doesn't like Sei, but Sei thinks Murasaki's her best friend. Fandom likes matching them up because they're complete opposites personality-wise.

What is the relationship between these two?

They are both authors, and both Valentine Servants (and kind had a little bit of rivalry in real life).

Sei and Murasaki serve in the same court at almost the same time, with Sei being the senpai that retired before Murasaki starting. But they serve a different ladies, so there's some sense of rivalry going on between them.
Murasaki seems to really admired Sei, however (at least in her writing skills), as Murasaki used Sei's invented phrase "haru wa akebono" many times in her own writings.

Oh? I had thought the plan was mostly Warspite's. To think that it was actually still TTK's plan and that Warspite merely aided in the plan. I underestimate ido's TTK again.

Still... how is the time frame for all of this? The moment Bismarck regressed, I am guessing less than half a day would pass before the events from previous pages would occur. Does that mean that both TTK and Warspite came up and implemented the entire plan within such a short time? If so, holy cow, that is fast.

There are times when you have all the needed card before you know how to play those cards.

I think it was TTK's goal and Warspite's plan. The details from her end are too perfect. TTK merely provided the objective.
