Has this ever been explicitly stated? Was the wedding itself, or even the giving of the ring, ever shown (maybe in a comic that isn't uploaded to danbooru?) I know she's been shown wearing the ring for a while (with /posts/3346899 looking like the first instance I can find), but in the dialog of the scenes involving Graf and the Admiral, they don't actually mention being married, at least not that I could find. It's just sort of implied by the setting and situation, it seems to me. Is their relationship expanded upon in comics Ido hasn't uploaded to Danbooru? Or maybe I just missed something...

I believe it's in the print only volumes, but their relationship here is pretty clear.

Admiral: "This has turned into a difficult situation."

Indeed. And of course she took the very best he had. Very silly of the Admiral to give her free reign of his liquor, though based on what he said it appears he still thinks of her as Hibiki instead of as Verniy, so that might explain it.
