Actually M950A is angry that Thunder cheated on her with Scarecrow and had a daughter, SAF, which a guilty Thunder tries to hang herself.

This is based on a joke by the fandom that SAF is Thunder and Scarecrow's daughter, like how they joked PA-15 is M950A and Thunder's daughter.

Wait, wasn't the opposite?: SAF looks more like a Calico and Scarecrow's daughter rather than Thunder and SC's. The 'cat ears' thingy and the shades of aqua-color hair gives a 'M950A vibe'. I genuinely thought Thunder was about to hang, or at least tie, the randy beast that Calico must be.

Yup the joke is SAF is Calico and Scarecrow's daughter. But Thunder is also going to hang herself, I forgot how it started, but it is another running gag Thunder is suicidal by hanging herself.
