Also realized something: Intrepid has a rifle, Gamby is a shotgun, Sara is a SMG... so that means Atlanta is a automated turret and trophy system on steroids.

Because she is quite hilariously broken.

More specifically, her S2 is broken even in the basic state:
-ATK +40%, DEF +10%, and Attack Range increases (from 2sq to 3sq front)...Unlimited Duration.

Level it up to lv.7 M3, and you got this:
-ATK +100%, DEF +35%, and Attack Range increases (from 2sq to 3sq front)...Unlimited duration

Combine it with this Talent at basic level:
-When this unit's HP falls beneath 25%, restores 50% HP (one time only) and prevents HP from falling under 50% for 3 seconds

Not broken enough? Try this setup (i use this):
-Place her behind Saria using her lv.7 S2M3 (Restores the HP of all allies within a certain range by 140% of Saria's ATK), and place Sora somewhere near using her Lv.7 S2M3 (The ATK of all allies within range is increased by 100% of Sora's ATK). Combined with each of their talent, and you have yourself a nigh-invincible Butter Cutter trio. To add further insult, add Nightingale/Ptilopsis/Shinning.
