I think it is not fully grown, but it has been at least 6-12 months since we last saw him. As always, ido shows Yamato being a full head taller than the Admiral, which in this manga is not a short man at all.

And to think all this mayhem is back again shortly after Bismarck recovered from her mental collapse.
