So, unfortunately, it looks like the series has been discontinued.
From what I got from someone commenting/translating over on another site, the artist feels that the way the plotline/development was going was deviating too much from what their collaborator (the actual creator/owner of the Ouga Saki character) intended her to be, so they're cancelling the series.
I love how the meta commentary in this getting cancelled. The otaku will never go steady with the gyaru.
There was also a matter of the possibility of a v-tuber based on the character, and confusion over direction with that.
There are no visible comments.

The breasts would have to be quite long to reach all the way there compared to how her shoulders are angled.

If she was nude, then you'd be right, but as she's using a bra, it also plays a factor. Plus, Atago is naturally very busty.
