Im lovin all the romantic uploads of the Hero and Martina recently. My favorite pairing with the best chemistry in my opinion.

Hmmm...
How does one have chemistry with a plank slate?

The writing was not DQXI's strong point. That being said, there's plenty of ways to infer character from Eleven. The actions and decisions he makes, as well as the way others behave around him.

Case in point, I'll always remember the first impression he made on Martina...was stabbing her in the back while she was distracted. And that whenever Eleven didn't want to do something, the others would threaten him and he'd cave in. Like when Martina performed a high kick, stopping inches away from taking his head clean off.

Eleven is truly the greatest and most noble hero.

I know about the Gorgom and Decade memes, but the Takumi one is new to me.

    also bump for translation

Seriously... don't do a translation bump if it's been less than a day.

I uploaded this late last night, and normally I'd translate it then, but the large amount of text made it so that I wanted to put it off until today. I'll work on translating it in about an hour or so.

Next strip is going to be the You Are Better Than You Think You Are lecture (which may possibly be disguised as The Reason You Suck).

Chances are, the admiral is pretty much KOed by Graf's combo that he won't hear her speech to him. Or he acts KOed.

Sorry, I have a question about these comics. What's the black cat's name?

You mean Bismarck's cat? Either Oskar or Unsinkable Sam depending on whether or not you're asking a German or a Brit.

Okay, first off, Colorado wasn't there and the Colorado-class ship that did the most damage was heavily modernized while the other one there barely contributed anything, secondly, there's a huge difference between a one on one battleship duel and a one on six shooting gallery, third, there's a huge difference between "I can beat you up" and "my sister can beat you up", finally, people can be a lot scarier when you're not allowed to kill them.

    Where did they say that?

Colorado was damaged during the shelling of Tinian (which lasted from late July to August, 1944) and had to be repaired back in the States.
It's only in November, 1944 that she was heading to support the invasion of Leyte.
By this time, Battle of Leyte Gulf and more specifically, the Battle of Surigao strait has already ended.
Thus, Colorado was never there when Yamashiro fought against West Virginia.

    You missed the point.
This was never about whether the Japanese sscaring the American.
This is making a joke on how demon like the personality of the PERSONIFICATION of the battleship Yamashiro is.

For once this said how Yamashiro got beaten up badly when she met West Virginia.
Never once did it say the mighty Yamashiro could have scared or been better than the US battleships.

Then again, when Yamashiro met West Virginia, it wasn't quite the fair battle, what's with US firepower and participating ships number.

Don't search the skull_fucking tag, or you'll see examples of what I'm talking about.

Especially near Arkhangelsk (which is where SB was built), that gets [relatively] softer and warmer climate thanks to both Gulf Stream and Atlantic Ocean in general

Arkhangelsk? isn't that somewhat near the Arctic Circle?

So for her personality is she the oppressive type..?

Looking at her dialogue line in the picture, I think she's somewhat of a tough type. Imagine the BB Kaga. (Still, to this point, the Parliament's rear line ships are full of tough types)

Yes, but again, thanks to Atlantic ocean, the average temperature in winter is ~-16C, so cold but not unbearable.
