That would make her extremely unlucky, considering there are only around 7,000 confirmed cases out of 1.2 billion total chinese people.

confirmed is the key word here. The truth is, the number is likely far larger due to misdiagnosis, people not reporting their cases (either by not going for care, being in a remote/isolated situation, etc), there being an incubation period, along with several vectors at this point (with person-to-person and animal-to-person being confirmed).
My concern, too, is how much livestock and wild animals have been infected. Wuhan is a major, major distribution hub and thus has a lot of ways to ship out the infection via freight. Not to diminish the human impact, but the impact on livelihood and health could be far deeper than just the human cases.

Those are some thin limbs on that dragon. Me thinks a couple of baseball bats to the ankles should take her out real quick. Should have been an weapons option in Fates.
