oh yes the cinematic mod. The maker also had weird decisions, such as the crashed 747 on the beach.

I checked it out of curiosity and apparently there's more controversy than the modeled vagina:
• A dildo in Alyx's room
• A developer who can't take criticism
• Questionable character models
• Stolen(?) soundtrack
• Pornography littered throughout the game

For a cinematic mod it's doing a lot more things than making half life cinematic apparently.

If it was used without permission, then yes it is stolen. Just because you aren't profiting off of something doesn't mean people can't forbid you from including something that belongs to them in it.
