Black vs White appears to have existed in another form as <a class="dtext-link dtext-wiki-link dtext-wiki-does-not-exist tag-type-3" href="/wiki_pages/black_%26_white" title="This wiki page does not exist">Black & White</a> at least as early as 2008, and then was shifted to its current form in December 2012 when the older one was mass edited to the current form.</p>
