I was a big fan of her work before she cut ties with the Touhou community and deleted most of her art, I would recognize her style anywhere. I'm not sure how many name changes she went through up to this point, but several friends of mine who used to know her confirmed it was her when I asked them about it.

Yes, I'm sure about that.

I can't ban an artist based on unconfirmed (to me) speculation. If it is littleshrimp then it's quite possible they don't want this new account linked to their old identity. In that case aliasing their tags would be just as problematic as leaving them unbanned. If the artist wants to be banned they can email me a ban request.

The artist who drew this image does not want their pictures posted on other websites. I posted this in the first place but I feel I should get this banned as the artist has been going through a lot of problems with unauthorized reuploading all over the globe.

If you need proof that they're the same person I'm not sure how to help though. They have been migrating to different platforms with similar but different names. I'd rather not inform the artist that their image is posted here, and Danbooru is blocked in the artist's country.

The artist needs to contact us directly for stuff to get banned, any random "do not repost" notice isn't enough.
