I don't think this should be implicated. They look different, more so than the other examples.

As different as they look, I feel like we ought to be consistent with the other characters that change names across upgrades.

I have a hard time with this one, even their depicted personalities seem different. Is it that different in the game?

I suspect that very few people have her Kai-Ni'd yet, but you can listen to the voicebanks here (U-511) and here (呂-500).

Apparently this implication was approved. I'm hoping stealth approvals like this won't be the norm around here now.

You could use u-511_(kantai_collection) -ro-500_(kantai_collection) to find specific images of her, and then use u-511_(kantai_collection) dual_persona (provided users even made sure to tag that on relevant images) to find remaining images that got excluded in that search. But really you shouldn't have to go through that much trouble for a visually distinct character in what could have been done in a simple one-tag search. The argument is pretty similar to the one that came up for Oretwin in topic #11123. I think people are less likely to want to search them all at once, and it can still be done without an implication: ~u-511_(kantai_collection) ~ro-500_(kantai_collection)

I must say that I'm not very fond of getting a ton of ro-500 pictures when I search for u-511. Sure, I could do what EB suggested, but I really shouldn't have to. They look so different after all.

To be fair, the visual difference is largely just in the hat she wears. People might not tag that correctly or consistently.

Unlike U-511, she's the same ship with a different name.

Yeah thanks, even I was wondering if they could be separated as their personality and characteristics are way too different compared to other KanColle characters who have gone through conversions because they still keep their characteristics and looks, but for RO-500 and U-511, they go through a complete character change...
