If they're not visible then I'm not sure the tag should be used in the first place.
He does have a point there. You're not supposed to tag every Remilia and Flandre pic as vampire just because they're vampires; the same should go for other similar tags.
But even then an implication is questionable because the image could still have some other context (like in the text) to justify the use of the tag without the appendages visible.

Can you elaborate as to why you shouldn't tag them all as vampire when they are indeed vampires? The multiple_* I can understand because you can't see it sometimes, but these people are in full view and therefore their race...is in full view, I guess?
