Are upper limbs being removed in the image? What's the tag for images where limbs of characters are being partially or fully removed?

They're not. She's just on her elbows and knees.

Does the skirt(?) count as a showgirl skirt?

Is there a tag for this sort of pattern:
______
\/\/\/\/
¯¯¯¯¯¯

Is there a specific name for the type of hat, or for the thing she's wearing in her hair?

Does that thing around the base of her staff count as a weapon bag?

Does that count as garters?

Looks more like her arms are bound wrist-to-shoulder. You see this in a lot of pet play art.

What's the tag for images where limbs of characters are being partially or fully removed?

Amputee, but it also applies to characters who lost their limbs a long time ago. If you really want to see the process of limbs being removed, I guess you can add guro to your search and see what happens.

what's the proper character tag for the rabbit that represent China in the middle of this image? I usually nickname it as "Nazi rabbit" but as it is a derogatory name I don't think it is a suitable name that should be used to refer to the character. What are the other options for its name?

Need some help tagging... Everything.

Looks like sheaves of harvested grain in a field, I guess. As for the costumes, maybe it's some sort of folklore reference? Someone with more cultural context might stand a better chance of understanding what's going on, but then again, the artist might just be drawing things seen in a dream or under the influence of drugs.

What kind of animal is that? (otter? beaver? muskrat?)
Also, what kind of instrument is that?

That looks like a river otter to me. Muskrats are more furry, and beavers are chubbier.
