I'm not anal about spoilers, but in this case there's no benefit in switching to the full name. The purpose of the full name rule is to avoid ambiguity. We use Mikasa Ackerman's full name, for example, because just using Mikasa by itself would obviously be a bad idea. The intent of the rule is to avoid conflicts, not to be technically correct at the cost of everything else.
