create implication visor_cap -> hat

I got no answer in forum #119863, so I go and make this request.

I know Visor cap says it's a hat in the wiki, but I'm reluctant to actually call it a hat, considering that sometimes it consists of nothing but an eyeshade and strap around the head.

Is there any tag or even word for a visor with a strap?

I just call it a visor. According to the wiki, the tag visor_cap is a visor with a strap.

We should probably change the wiki to not say hat then. Although the wiki definition for hat is somewhat fuzzy.

Wikipedia refers to it as a type of headband with a visor or brim and a strap encircling the head. Merriam-Webster also mentions visor as being attached to either a cap or headband. Although I would not want to implicate visor cap to headband either, as I don't think users would expect to find these posts under that tag.

The tag implication visor_cap -> hat has been rejected.
