Sorry about that, real life has been a bitch since mid-september for me. Unless others step up, I'll take care of the request backlog once I finally close the largest work project that has been draining all my time, estimated at the start of the next week.

Having nearly three pages of pending Bulk Update Requests is kind of unacceptable given that albert used to go through all of them by himself before he chose the three admins.

Well, albert did always clear the BURs before new three admins were chosen.
So I'd suggest one should look through them and some BURs are looking valid.

Hmm... this brings up the larger question of, when should pending BURs/Aliases/Implications be rejected...? After a month, I've been rejecting my own, but don't wish to do it to others without some kind of consensus on this.

I just saw that these implications doesn't exist yet.
It seems to be necessary, there is 1772 post for the search red_hakama -hakama.
Also, should the hakama_skirt implicates hakama or skirt (or both)?
